I have not written since the big news. The day after the last post I took the first pregnancy test and, yep, it was positive. So I took about 10 more of them, just to be sure and then I called and made my first doctor's appointment. I saw Dr. Summers on May 16, 2012 and he was able to hear the heartbeat on the first try. Llyr and I went to an ultrasound the very next day. We found out that the due date is December 10th! YAY!
So, just this past Friday, July 13th, we were able to find out the gender of our little blueberry baby. And it's a.........BOY! Llyr stopped watching the ultrasound after finding out the gender. He jumped up and gave me a kiss on the cheek and then started the texting right when I was still on the table and our little baby was being examined. Today I hit 19 weeks. Only 21 more to go! We couldn't be more excited.
